- 1 cup (175g) uncooked quinoa, preferably sprouted
- 1 cup (200g) dried red lentils, rinsed
- 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground white pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cups (300g) chopped yellow onio
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, whisked, or 1 large egg, and 2 large egg whites
- 1⁄2 cup (125ml) 2% fat Greek yogurt
- 1⁄2 cup (30g) packed fresh basil leaves
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons crème fraîche
Vegetarian Dish
- 1 ½ cups cooked chickpeas
- 2 tsp. minced garlic
- 3 Tbs. hemp seeds
- 2 Tbs. lemon juice
- ½ cup diced cucumber
- ½ cup diced tomato
- ¼ cup chopped green bell pepper
- ¼ cup chopped parsley
- 2 Tbs. chopped green onion
- ½ tsp. olive oil
- 1 whole-wheat pita
2. Combine cucumber, tomato, bell pepper, parsley, green onion, lemon juice, and oil in small bowl; season with salt and pepper, if desired.
3. Fill 1/2 whole-wheat pita with 1/3 cup hummus and 1/2 cup cucumber salad.

This interesting salad I got it from Spinnes supermarket in Dubai. It's a great side dish to be serve with fish, shrimp or chicken.

How to make best Salmon ever?
Today I tried my own way and it was perfect. You need to marinate Salmon for 2 hours in the following ingredients:
1- Yogurt - not low far bitte!
2- a pinch of Zafaraan
3- Lemon juice
4- Somagh
5- Salt & Paper
Try this and put your Salmon in moderate oven heat to slowly cook with yogurt.
It taste like cream eventually.

Dark Chocolate Covered Caramels With Sea Salt
Makes: 18 caramels
Ingredients
1. Soak dates in a bowl of hot water for 15 minutes, then drain water.
2. Purée dates and cashew butter in a blender for about a minute, then freeze mixture for 15 minutes. Line a cookie sheet with wax paper. Measure out mixture by the teaspoon, roll, flatten to quarter-size bites, and lay on the prepared sheet.
3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler, stirring frequently. (If you don’t have a double boiler, place a stainless-steel bowl on top of a pot of boiling water so that the bowl rests in the water but doesn’t touch the bottom of the pot, and melt the ingredients in the bowl.) If you want to add coconut, stir it into the melted chocolate here. Using a fork, dip cookies into chocolate to lightly coat and return to the cookie sheet.
4. When all cookies are coated, lightly dust with sea salt to taste. Place the cookie sheet in the freezer for 20 minutes, then move to the refrigerator. Serve cold, or at room temperature if you prefer them softer, but store in the refrigerator.
